In the following site you will find all the documents needed for the planning process. So, on your own time, we invite you to explore all the tabs, to find all the information needed.
We do not like to set up a timeline to follow for the planning of the wedding as we know that each couple has other responsabilities and might need a different timing to plan their big day, however, below is a suggested guideline of the steps and order you can follow to organize all the details for your big day:
1. Confirm Wedding (done - yey!)
2. Confirm locations for cocktail/dinner/reception and any other event needed
3. Photo/Video - verify availability and book
4. You can then start deciding on colors, flowers, decorations, entertaintment, etc.
**We will guide you and assist you during the whole planning process of your wedding**
In the tab "Docs to Fill Out" you will find the Wedding Planning guide, please add there all your decisions and pictures if needed, as this is the document we will use to confirm all details for your big day. Please be sure to have it updated, and you may send to us for a provisional invoice.
The Planning Guide and Rooming List must be sent to us 45 days before the wedding so we can confirm all details.
